Bourbon Plank for the IRH!

Alright i'm done driving with sixteen feet of plywood on top of my car. So for the sheer strake i brought the spiling pattern to the shop at school. It was kind of cool to cut out parts for the IRH right next to replicas of pioneering river boats.

As you can see the sheer strake has some serious shape, and is extremely funny looking. In the end i was right, it is way easier to drive around with a ten foot piece of wood in your cat than a sixteen footer.
With just the garbords on she looks a lot like any other drift boat out there, with the sheer strake on some of my odd theories about this boat are shaping up.

Ladies and gentlemen the double chined drift boat!

lots of stitching.
Lookin' Fabulous.
Then it was time to celibate the coming together of wood with bourbon and friends.

 So good.
